How it works

Thesis Alignment

We work together to pressure-test the market thesis, technical approach, and strategic positioning. Collaborative interrogation, not gatekeeping.

Phase 03

Validation Sprint

A time-bound period (typically 4-8 weeks) of rapid prototyping and market validation. This is where assumptions meet reality.

Phase 04

Build Partnership

If validation confirms the opportunity, we formalize the partnership. Capital, infrastructure, and operational support are deployed.
